Short Grain Brown Rice organically grown grown in Italy using the traditional methods that make Italy a world renowned culture for food and agriculture.
Sticky and sweet, this short grain brown rice is satisfyingly good in salads or in most rice dishes.
How to cook:
Preferably soak over night or for a few hours prior to cooking.
Rinse well and add to a sauce pan with a tight fitting lid.
Add water to a ratio of 1 part rice to 2 parts water.
Add some salt to taste (optional) and bring to the boil.
Then simmer on a low heat for 30 – 40 mins*
*Cut to a fraction of the cooking time by using a stove top pressure cooker or an instapot
