Brown Long Grain rice Organic, Grown in Italy using traditional organic agriculture working with the environment to bring us a rice that is delicious and nutritious. Long grain is whole-grain rice that has had the outer protective shell, known as the hull, removed. Unlike white rice, it still contains the bran layer and the germ — which both pack a significant amount of nutrients!
Rinse, and then place rice and water in a pot and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for up to 45/50 minutes . Fluff with a fork before serving
Soaking from 3/overnight is also a method and can reduce cooking time.
