Korakundah black tea, and it is a pretty special Single Estate tea from the highest recognised tea garden in the world, the Estate in the Nilgiri Hills, South West India. A terrific everyday drinking tea which should appeal to Yorkshire tea fans. Expect good body not unlike an Assam, but with fruity notes and an uplifting quality reminiscent of a Ceylon, perfect any time of day! Brew at 100°C for 3 – 4 minutes. and strong enough to add milk if you prefer.
