Their pasta is the result of the best organic Sicilian wheat, carefully selected and processed with artisan methods according to their traditional recipes.
Through gradual milling and the production of pasta within 24 hours, using pure Etna water, bronze drawing and low-temperature drying, our pasta holds its nutritional properties and the unmistakable and authentic fragrance of quality wheat intact.
